Bismarck remained a seller’s market in August, with homes selling in a median of just 10 days.
For sellers: Homes are still moving quickly, but buyers have slightly more to choose from. Pricing your home correctly from the beginning is important.
For buyers: Be ready to act when the right home comes along. Most homes sold slightly below asking price, so there may still be some room to negotiate.
