Hi, I’m Liliana Bitz, but most people call me Lily. I’m a REALTOR® with Trademark Realty, serving Bismarck, Mandan, Napoleon, and the surrounding areas.
I grew up in Napoleon and now live in Bismarck, so I’m familiar with both small-town and city living.
I first became involved in real estate when I was 15. I worked alongside investors, helping them find properties, preparing rent rolls, and working as a leasing manager. That experience is what made me realize how much I enjoyed real estate.
As soon as I turned 18, I earned my real estate license. I feel incredibly blessed that I was able to become a licensed REALTOR® while I was still in high school—and even more grateful that I sold four homes before graduating!
Today, I work with buyers, sellers, builders, and investors, and I especially enjoy working with new construction. I love touring homes, keeping up with the local market, and seeing all the different ideas and details that go into each property.
Communication and staying organized are both very important to me. I want my clients to understand what is happening, know what comes next, and feel comfortable asking questions along the way.
I have six siblings, and I’m the youngest.
I graduated from high school this past May.
I have six nieces and nephews who I love spending time with.
I have a Golden doodle named Bo.
My favorite shows are The Office and Friends.
I love Christmas and usually decorate as soon as Halloween is over—some years even before!
I enjoy going for walks, spending time at the lake, reading, and being with my family.
My faith is a very important part of who I am, and I feel incredibly blessed to be living a life I once prayed for.
